Terms of Service

1. General provisions

Worth My Rock ("Worth My Rock", "we", "us") is an online service operated by EVO TECH (sole proprietor / FOP, Ukraine) that lets you identify rocks, minerals, crystals and gemstones from a photo and see estimated value and authenticity indicators. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service at worthmyrock.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Merchant of Record & payment processor

Payments are processed by Creem.io, which acts as the Merchant of Recordfor all purchases, handling billing, payment processing and applicable taxes. EVO TECH remains the creator and provider of the Worth My Rock product. Your purchase is subject to Creem's terms at checkout in addition to these Terms.

3. What you get

Identification is always free (up to a daily limit). Paid plans unlock value estimates, authenticity checks and saved reports:

• Pro Monthly / Pro Annual — a subscription including approximately 300 full identifications per month with value estimates, authenticity checks and your saved collection.
• Credit pack — a one-time purchase of 30 full reports (value + authenticity) with no recurring charge; credits do not expire.

4. Prices & currency

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.

5. Digital product & delivery

Worth My Rock is a digital service. Access, subscription features and credits are applied to your account automatically immediately after successful payment(typically within 60 seconds). There is no physical product to ship.

6. Right to refund & cancellation

We offer a 7-day refund on your first purchase — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and how to request one. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Acceptable use

Worth My Rock is an AI tool for identifying rocks, minerals, crystals and gemstones from photos. You agree to use it only for that lawful purpose. You must have the right to upload any image you submit, and you must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that depicts people without consent, nor use the service to harass, deceive, or violate any law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

8. Nature of results & intellectual property

Identifications, value estimates and authenticity checks are AI-generated educational indicators, not certified appraisals or guarantees. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for buying, selling or insuring a specimen. All software, content and branding are owned by EVO TECH; you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVO TECH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the service's output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
