Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day refund
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase (a subscription or a credit pack). Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record.
What qualifies
- First-time purchases requested within 7 days.
- Accidental or duplicate charges.
- Technical issues that prevented you from using paid features and that we could not resolve.
Because this is a digital service, refunds may be declined where a credit pack has been substantially consumed, or beyond the 7-day window, except where required by law.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period, but you may request a refund within the 7-day window above.
How to request a refund
Email support@worthmyrock.com from the address you purchased with, and include your order/receipt reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
